Our functional fitness classes include constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

It’s a fun and fast-paced class that incorporates strength training and cardio while addressing many of the 10 general physical skills that make up fitness:

All classes are one hour long and are designed for people of all skill levels and ages. Currently, all classes are conducted virtually and designed to accommodate those with and those without equipment.

Our coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey. They invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. Salus is unlike anything you will ever experience.
