Salus Teens Fitness Group Training classes are designed to help teens

> increase their physical strength and

> boost their confidence.

Teens classes include the same mix of functional conditioning and strength training, but with less volume, than our regular CrossFit class.

Currently all Salus at Home Group Training classes are open to teens and offered virtually.
